   Partial payments and deposits

   • Clients can now pay part of an invoice. The balance and every payment show on the invoice and in the client portal.
   • Ask for a deposit when you send a quote: 25%, 50% or any fixed amount.
   • Reminders now mention the remaining balance, not the original total.
   • Fixed: invoice PDFs with very long client addresses no longer overflow the page.

   Wise payouts in 30 currencies

   • Connect Wise and let clients pay by local bank transfer in 30 currencies.
   • Exchange rates on multi-currency invoices are now fixed at the moment you send, and shown on the PDF.
   • CSV export now includes a currency and fx_rate column for each line.

   Reminder schedules you can actually read

   • The reminder editor is now a simple timeline: before due, on the day, and after.
   • Pause reminders for a single client without turning them off everywhere.
   • Reminder emails now come from your name, with replies going straight to your inbox.

   Xero sync

   • Paid invoices sync to Xero within five minutes, matched to the right contact and account code.
   • Choose which tax rates map to which Xero tax types.
   • Fixed: credit notes now export to CSV with negative amounts.

   • Every client gets one private link with all their invoices, quotes and receipts.
   • Clients can pay, download PDFs and update their billing address without emailing you.
   • Studio plan: put your logo, colours and own domain on the portal.

   • The invoice editor opens in under 300ms, even with 50 line items.
   • Duplicate any invoice with one click, dates moved forward automatically.
   • Fixed: totals with three or more tax rates now round per line, as HMRC expects.
